What is an off-market home?
A home the owner is willing to sell without public marketing. Sellers go this route for privacy, to avoid a stream of showings, or to sell on a specific timeline.
Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registration is free. Before you tour any home with us, we'll sign a written buyer agreement, as current industry rules require. Compensation is negotiable and spelled out in that agreement.
Do I need to be pre-approved?
Not to register. Most private sellers will want to see a pre-approval letter or proof of funds before a showing, so starting that process early puts you in position.
What areas does the registry cover?
23 cities across the metro. In Kansas: Bonner Springs, Kansas City, Leawood, Lenexa, Olathe, Overland Park, Shawnee, and Roeland Park. In Missouri: Blue Springs, Gladstone, Grain Valley, Independence, Kansas City, Lake Lotawana, Lake Tapawingo, Lake Winnebago, Lee's Summit, Liberty, North Kansas City, Oak Grove, Raintree Lake, Raymore, and Raytown.
